Angel Food Cake Parfait with Fresh Mixed Berries & Vanilla Fig Chantilly Cream

INGREDIENTS

PREPARATION

  1. Step 1.
    Lightly rinse and pat dry the berries.
  2. Step 2.
    Tear the angel food cake into bite-sized chunks
  3. Step 3.
    Start with placing half of the cake chunks in bottom of container.
  4. Step 4.
    Sprinkle a layer of fresh mixed berries.
  5. Step 5.
    For Chantilly cream: combine whipping cream, powdered sugar, vanilla extract and OMG! Vanilla Fig Barrel Aged Balsamic Vinegar
  6. Step 6.
    Spread half of Chantilly cream over berries. Repeat steps 3-5. Decorate top with leftover berries. Serve.
