No, but be sure to store in a cool, dry place. Avoid placing oils or balsamics in direct sunlight.

The expiration date for both oils and vinegars is marked for two years out; our dark balsamics are barrel-aged for 18 years and our white balsamics are barrel-aged for seven years. If stored in a cool, dry place they can last much longer.

Yes, we do ship outside the contiguous United States. We use USPS for shipping to these states because it is less expensive.

We currently only ship to Canada, specifically to the provinces of Alberta and British Columbia only. Please reach out to us via our contact page if you wish to ship elsewhere.

Yes, we sell our oils and vinegars at several annual shows, farmers markets and retail locations including our flagship store at Pike Place Market in Seattle. Check the Find Us page to see if we're in a city near you.
