Bruschetta with Eureka Garlic Olive Oil

INGREDIENTS

PREPARATION

  1. Step 1.
    Preheat oven at 425 F. Slice French Bread (1/2" thickness) and rub Garlic Cloves on bread.
  2. Step 2.
    Place French bread in oven for 5-10 minutes. Combine sliced cherry tomatoes (pat them dry with paper towel), minced Garlic Cloves and Shredded Basil in a bowl. Add Salt and pepper to taste.

SERVE

Put bruschetta on bread right out of the oven, then drizzle OMG! Eureka Garlic Olive Oil on top.
