Lemon-Herb Roasted Salmon

          INGREDIENTS
- 
1 lb  Wild Caught Salmon Filet
- 
1 Teaspoon(s) Kosher Salt
- 
1/2  Cup(s) Panko bread crumbs
- 
1/4 Cup(s)  OMG! Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Meyer Lemon
- 
4 cloves  Garlic, minced
- 
1/2 Cup(s) Fresh Parsley, chopped
- 
1/4 Cup(s) Fresh Dill
- 
1 Teaspoon(s) Freshly cracked black pepper
PREPARATION
- 
Step 1.Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- 
Step 2.Place the salmon skin-side down on an oiled baking sheet or roasting pan. Remove all pin bones and pat dry. Sprinkle with salt.
- 
Step 3.In a small bowl, combine the panko bread crumbs,  OMG! Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Meyer Lemon, garlic, parsley, dill, and pepper. Spread evenly over the salmon.
- 
Step 4.Roast the salmon 10-15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
