INGREDIENTS
- 1 Cup(s) Jasmine Rice
- 2 Cup(s) Water
- 1 Tablespoon(s) Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 Yellow Onion, diced
- 5 Mushrooms
- 1 Celery Stick, chopped
- 1 Carrot, peeled and chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/2 inch Ginger Root, peeled and minced
- 1 Teaspoon(s) Soy Sauce
- 1 Teaspoon(s) Sesame Oil
- 1 Tablespoon(s) OMG! Thai Sesame Ginger Dipping Oil
- Salt & Pepper to taste
PREPARATION

Step 1.
Rinse rice in cold water, be sure to stir. Prepare rice to instructions (1 cup Jasmine equals 2 cups water), leave it to cool. Set aside in a plastic bag in freezer overnight or two hours prior. -
Step 2.
Heat up skillet or wok to medium heat, add in celery, carrot, garlic and ginger root. Fry for a few minutes, toss in onion. -
Step 3.
Cook till well-cooked, then add in rice from freezer. Add 1 in soy sauce, sesame oil and OMG! Thai Sesame Ginger Dipping Oil. Be sure to super shake the bottle to get the most flavor. -
Step 4.
Cook for 10 minutes on medium heat.
SERVE
Finish with OMG! Thai Sesame Ginger Dipping Oil along with Salt & Pepper.
