I just discovered this local company when visiting an event in PDX. Hey, OMG is the perfect name for sure because that is what you say every single time you taste their sauces. I tried nearly every single one and the gentleman who was selling them didn't even make me feel about it! He was like, "try this one and this one and this one and...." so kind and you can see his passion for the craft. I mean, listen... you think you know what bbq sauce tastes like and balsamic vinegar ... wait, just wait and feel your tastebuds just awaken to the complex and absolutely beautifully crafted sauces. I know... you are like, "Wait, are you getting paid for this review because who cares THAT much about sauces". This Caribbean Rum Sauce is excellent. Wouldn't use anything else. It is so flavorful you don't need any other seasonings on your meat!
